When I was 16 years old I started getting panic attacks and I quickly learned that most of my peers and the adults in my life did not know how to support me. After taking my first college psychology class I learned that mental health challenges were not hard to understand, they were just not talked about.
In 2020, it became my mission to create safe spaces for youth and adults to talk about mental health challenges together. A space where the youth feels heard, understood, and cared for.
I would love to work with you and your team to build social-emotional learning skills and create safe spaces for the youth in your life.
"I would give this training a 10/10! This training provides a safe space to learn about how to better connect with youth. The presenters provide great information and allow the attendees numerous chances to share their insights."

"This is so needed in our community. In the schools, the staff are so burnt out, both kids and staff are so dysregulated. We need this support to help us refocus and build the skills back up."
